TOURNAMENT SANCTION FORM

Before you begin, please ensure you have a SIGNED Request for Sanction form from the applicable Umpire Branch. You can request this form from Softball Alberta by contacting admin@softballalberta.ca. In your email, please indicate which association you represent and the date your tournament is planned for.

Sanction number will be issued when payment is received.

You will receive an email back to confirm that we have received your sanction request. If you do not receive an email confirmation back within 2 days, please call: 780.461.7735
