Insurance Information – What is Covered?

Need an insurance certificate for a facility rental?

Member Associations can request insurance certificates from Softball Alberta when facilities require a certificate be provided as part of the rental contract.

Most often, a specific name will need to be added to the certificate. In this case, please fill out the form below. We will then request the certificate from our insurance broker and will forward it to you once we have received it.
