Need an insurance certificate for a facility rental?

Member Associations can request insurance certificates from Softball Alberta when facilities require a certificate be provided as part of the rental contract.

Most often, a specific name will need to be added to the certificate. In this case, please email the following: the exact name as it should appear along with it’s complete corresponding address to admin@softballalberta.ca. We will then request the certificate from our insurance broker and will forward it to you once we have received it.
